We post to UK Mainland, Northern & Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Shetland Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED: International Delivery - ( 10 working days from order placed ) - £11.99

All orders placed to be delivered internationally are delivered via Royal Mail International Signed For. This service is £11.99 for delivery to Australia, Canada and USA.  

*Please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries via the Royal Mail International Signed For service.

We process orders Monday through to Friday, so please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive in time for a specific occasion/day. We strongly advise allowing a minimum of 5 days from your order date to the actual day. If your order will take longer than 5 days to arrive we will contact you. 

Returns & Refunds

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at hello@gotyouagift.com as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:

Warning: please double check your personalisation as how it appears will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer. 

Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.
